FatZone ("we", "us", "our") operates the FatZone fantasy football platform, available at fatzone.co.uk and as a mobile app. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

When you register we collect your first name, last name, email address, and a hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
We store the picks, scores, league memberships, draft selections, transfers, and other in-game actions you take while playing FatZone games (Pyramid Draft, Double Decker Draft, Fantasy Blackjack, Fantasy Risk, Tournament Predictions).
If you choose to enable push notifications, we store a push subscription token issued by your browser or device. This token is used only to send you deadline reminders for games you are participating in. You can disable notifications at any time from the banner shown in the app.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in between visits. This cookie contains only a session identifier and no personal information. It expires after 30 days of inactivity.
Our web server may record your IP address in standard access logs for security and error-diagnosis purposes. These logs are not used for tracking and are not shared with third parties.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information (name, email, password hash, push tokens) within 30 days. Game history may be retained in anonymised form for statistical purposes.

We use a single session cookie (session) which is strictly necessary for you to stay logged in. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Because we use only a strictly necessary cookie, we are not required to show a cookie consent banner.
FatZone is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has registered, please contact us and we will delete the account.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of FatZone after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
